If you see a property that you would like to apply to, please fill out the application packet and return to our office. All adults over the age of eighteen must fill out a seperate application. Before submitting, please ensure that all sections of your application is complete to avoid delays. 
Please note that a submitted application does not gaurentee acceptace. All applications are subject to approval by owner.

Moving is stressful, so to help simplify the process we've constructed a move out checklist to guide you during the process. Please print out the checklist and ensure that all items are complete prior to vacating the home. 

Schedule a Pre-Move Out Inspection

Schedule a pre-move out inspection and have one of our agents walk the home with you prior to your move out. The agent will note potential security deposit deductions, giving you time to complete the repairs yourself prior to moving. This helps minimize surprises with the return of your security deposit.

    Have an emergency repair after business hours? Give our repair hotline a call to be connected to our on-call maintenance vendors. Please only call for true emergencies such as lack of hot water, no power, or security issues.
  2. Gas
    SoCal Gas
    Smell gas or want to turn on/off service? Give SoCal Gas a call.
  3. Electricity
    So Cal Edison
    Want to turn off or transfer service to your new address? Call Edison and they should be able to help.
  4. Water
    Depending on your property location, there are several different water districts that may be in charge of your water. If RCWD is not your water district, please call our office for assistance.
