No other rental market in Riverside County has been changed as dramatically as the Romoland rental market. Once an area of low income mobil homes and houses, the area has been transformed by brand new communities such as Terrace Grove and Citrus Pointe by the Menifee Medical Center. Further down McCall Blvd. there is a new lake front community that has been very popular with renters. Most of the new homes offer 4 or more bedrooms with at least 2000 sq. ft. We have a very large inventory in this area with approximately 30 rented homes. Homes have rented quickly, usually in less than thirty days. A great deal of these homes are investor owned and we estimate that approximately 50% of the homes are rentals. As developers bring in shops and supermarkets, these areas should grow even more popular.
