The Hemet rental market has changed over the years as new developments have been built and larger and newer homes have been added to the rental market. You now can find homes with over 3000 sq. ft. on he market which was hard to do 3 or 4 years ago. Both Hemet and San Jacinto have been very active markets with homes renting quickly. Our average vacancy time is less than 30 days with some houses renting very quickly. We have a good size inventory of rented homes in both markets.
