Menifee Property Management

The Menifee rental market is growing at a tremendous pace. There has been a great deal of  building on the east side of the 215 freeway. Richmond American built many homes off of Lindenberger Road and investors swooped in and bought them up. In many of the new communities, approximately 50% of the homes are rentals. Despite the number of rentals, Menifee has been one of our most active markets with homes renting fairly quickly, usually less than 30 days. We have a huge amount of rented inventory in Menifee and our vacancies fill quickly.

Menifee is attractive to many renters who want newer and larger homes that they cannot afford in Murrieta or Temecula. However, newer homes are not the only homes that rent well in Menifee. Many people love the golf course and man made lakes and desire to live nearby. Menifee also offers easy access to the 215 freeway. We get many renters from March Air Force base looking for rentals. Service people make great tenants.
